SL d47be38527 [Common] 
Credential增加新属性RoleID和ClientInfo。
CredentialManager的Grant和Remove方法中增加数据库操作，保存凭据历史记录。
LoginClientInfo对象中增加更多的属性，记录客户端环境。
AccountExManager的RequestAndWaitLoginConfirmation方法中等待超时时间修改为40秒。
AccountExManager的Login方法中创建凭据时保存客户端信息。
新增SystemInfoHelper对象，用于获取系统信息。

[UI.Client]
BaseApp对象中增加ClientInfo属性和LoadSystemInfo方法，用于UI启动时获取PC信息。
