修正Recipe编辑器中Expander列无法展开和折叠的问题。
修正RecipeFormatBuilder中构建列时没有设置列访问权限的问题。
优化Recipe StepNo列和StepUid列控制权限，其权限固定为MP_READ和MP_NONE。
修正Recipe Step无法通过权限配置为MP_READ的问题。

RecipeEditor的DataGrid单元格文本颜色定义移至主题样式文件。
RecipeFormatBuilder中增加一些变量名称的常量定义，以提高后期程序的可维护性。
修正RecipeEditor DataGrid单元格模板定义的名称，使语义更加精确。
更名IParam接口的IsValidated属性为IsValid，使语义更加精确。

RecipeEditor的EditMode枚举增加EditWhitelist项目。
修正RecipeEditor中，当某步骤权限设置为None时，DataGrid中没有隐藏相应步骤的问题。
移除NumParam.cs。
优化一些列对象，在10号机测试可运行。
已知问题：
RecipeEditor的Expander不能折叠。
当某步骤权限配置为None时，应该隐藏数值；隐藏列可能造成用户识别困难。
